About the Practitioner

Pauline has been a massage therapist since 2009. She graduated from the American Institute of Massage Therapy in Fort Lauderdale. This intensive program demands over 550 hours of hands on practice before a license is granted. 

Pauline  has dedicated some of her time to volunteer work in the community as well as working for local massage clinics while facilitating her private mobile home and office practice. 

Pauline is a  licensed member of the Associated Bodyworker Massage Professionals and a member of good standing with National Council of Massage and Body Works Association.

Pauline  was born and raised in the UK. In 1983 she started out as a bodybuilder and was taken up by a coach member of the Amateur Weight-Lifting Association  where she became a world class champion at Women"s Weight-Lifting. Over a period of ten years she has ranked highly across UK, Europe and the world.

Pauline has participated in the Toronto Waterfront half marathon for two consective years, 2007 and 2008.

Pauline has donated her time to the London 2012 Olympic Games
